What you can get help with

From supplier search to a more informed buying decision.

Use the service when you need help navigating Chinese supplier information, checking commercial details or turning an incomplete product idea into a brief suppliers can respond to.

01

Find supplier candidates

Search relevant Chinese platforms and public sources against your product, quantity and target requirements.

02

Request and compare quotes

Where sellers respond, organize unit price, MOQ, lead time and payment terms using the same specification.

03

Clarify product details

Ask about materials, dimensions, packaging and other requirements before comparing offers.

04

Review supplier information

Summarize available company and product details, evidence gaps and questions for further due diligence.

A practical sourcing checklist

A clearer brief leads to more useful supplier answers.

Before you ask suppliers for quotes, these details make options easier to compare and open questions easier to spot.

01

Define the product

Share a product link, photo or drawing, then note the material, dimensions, key functions and any required packaging or certifications.

02

Set the order context

Include your target quantity, whether this is a trial or repeat order, destination market, target price and timing.

03

Compare like with like

Ask for the same specification from each supplier. Compare unit-price tiers, MOQ, sample or tooling costs, production lead time and payment terms.

04

Check the evidence

Review available company details, product fit, communication and quote consistency. Factory audits, sample tests and independent inspections need a separate scope.

China sourcing questions

Answers to common China sourcing questions.

Know what to prepare, what supplier support covers and what happens next.

Can you help find suppliers in China?

Yes. I can use established supplier contacts, Chinese platforms and public sources to identify candidates that match your product, quantity and target requirements.

Can you negotiate price and commercial terms?

Yes. I can help compare quotations and negotiate price, MOQ, lead time, packaging and other practical terms with suppliers.

How do you assess supplier quality?

I review supplier information, communication quality, product fit, quotation consistency and available evidence to identify risks and questions that need further verification.

Do you provide factory audits or independent inspections?

Not by default. Factory audits, sample testing and third-party inspections require a separate scope and qualified provider where needed.

Why is there a $1 assessment fee?

It confirms that you want the request reviewed and covers an initial check of feasibility, scope and missing information. If you continue with a paid service, the $1 is credited toward that service fee. If you decide not to proceed after the assessment, it is not refunded.
